MANCHESTER...TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH AT NORTH ENGLISH.
TEMPERATURES WERE MILD...WITH LOWS RANGING FROM 43 DEGREES AT
INDEPENDENCE...TO 57 DEGREES AT KEOKUK.

A COLD FRONT STRETCHING FROM THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES TO CENTRAL
OKLAHOMA WILL MOVE EAST DURING THE DAY. BEHIND THE FRONT EXPECT
CLEARING SKIES AND TEMPERATURES REACHING THE 60S.

TONIGHT WILL BE CLEAR AND COOL WITH LOWS IN THE MIDDLE 30S ACROSS
MOST OF NORTHEAST IOWA AND NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...AND LOWS AROUND 40
DEGREES NEAR MACOMB.
