SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVED ACROSS THE AREA OVERNIGHT...WITH
MANY AREAS SEEING RAINFALL TOTALS OF THREE QUARTERS OF AN
INCH...TO AS MUCH AS FOUR INCHES. THE HIGHER TOTALS FELL ALONG
AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 30 AND ALONG THE HIGHWAY 136 CORRIDOR. AS OF
7 AM...LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 49 IN FREEPORT...UP TO 63 IN
WASHINGTON.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE INTO THE
LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS...AS A FRONTAL BOUNDARY REMAINS
STRETCHED OUT ALONG THE I 80 CORRIDOR. THERE WILL BE A WIDE RANGE
IN HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY...DEPENDING ON WHICH SIDE OF THE FRONT
YOU ARE ON. AREAS NORTH OF HIGHWAY 30 WILL SEE READINGS TOP OUT IN
THE 60S AND LOWER 70S...WHILE TO THE SOUTH READINGS RISE INTO THE
70S AND LOWER 80S.
