NIGHT AND MONDAY NIGHT. THE HIGHER ASTRONOMICAL TIDE IS SUNDAY
NIGHT...11.6 FEET AT PORTLAND...BUT THE GREATER POTENTIAL FOR
STORM SURGE AND FLOODING IS MONDAY NIGHT...WITH A HIGH TIDE OF
11.4 FEET AT PORTLAND.

  POSSIBLE.

* TIMING...HIGH TIDE MONDAY NIGHT IS AROUND 121 AM. HIGH WATER
  CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED AN HOUR OR TWO ON EITHER SIDE OF THE
  HIGH TIDE.

* IMPACTS...INUNDATION OF LOW LYING AREAS NEAR THE COAST IS
  POSSIBLE.

A COASTAL FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS FAVORABLE FOR
