WEATHER WARM AND DRY THROUGH THIS WEEK.  DEEP MIXING HEIGHTS
OF 8000-9000 FT AGL ALONG WITH GOOD SMOKE DISPERSION IS
EXPECTED.  MINIMUM AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL
DROP INTO THE 25 TO 35 PERCENT RANGE WITH GENERALLY LIGHT
SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST FLOW.
