FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR ILLINOIS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LINCOLN IL
549 AM CDT SUN APR 26 2015

.DISCUSSION...
DECREASING CLOUDS AND DRIER CONDITIONS ARE ANTICIPATED IN
CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST IL TODAY. A NORTHEAST WIND WILL BRING
DRY AIR INTO THE REGION. HOWEVER...PLENTY OF MIXING IN THE
LOWER ATMOSPHERE WILL RESULT IN WIND SPEEDS INCREASING TO
10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUST AROUND 20 MPH BY THIS AFTERNOON...
PARTICULARLY EAST OF THE I-55 CORRIDOR. A SIMILAR SITUATION
IS EXPECTED MONDAY WITH A WIND FROM THE NORTH AT 10 TO 20 MPH.
