MAINTAIN A DEEP MARINE LAYER RESULTING IN BREEZY CONDITIONS
DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. A STRONGER UPPER
TROUGH MOVING S ALONG THE NORTH CALIFORNIA COAST WILL USHER IN A
STRONGER ONSHORE FLOW LATE WEDNESDAY. THIS WILL INCREASE THE
THREAT OF GUSTY WINDS TO FIRE AREA DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON.
OTHERWISE DRY CONDITIONS WITH LITTLE THREAT OF PRECIPITATION
UNTIL WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
