WESTERN...CENTRAL...AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA...AND WESTERN NORTH
TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

.THUNDERSTORMS...
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE ONGOING THIS MORNING...AS
A STRONG MID LEVEL JET MOVES THROUGH THE AREA ASSOCIATED WITH
A LARGE UPPER LOW OVER WEST TEXAS. SEVERAL ROUNDS OF SHOWER
AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL OCCUR THROUGH THE DAY AND INTO
TONIGHT...AS THIS UPPER LOW DRIFTS EASTWARD. A FEW STORMS MAY
BECOME STRONG...WITH SMALL HAIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING...BUT
WITH LIMITED INSTABILITY...SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED.

.FLOODING...
LOCALIZED AREAS OF HEAVY RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED TO OCCUR...AND
WITH THE GROUND ALREADY SATURATED IN SOME AREAS...LOCALIZED FLASH
FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT
THROUGH THIS EVENING. REMEMBER...IF YOU ENCOUNTER WATER OVER THE
ROADWAY...TURN AROUND DONT DROWN...IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR LIFE.

.THUNDERSTORMS...
SHOWERS AND A FEW RUMBLES OF THUNDER WILL COME TO AN END EARLY
TUESDAY...AS THE UPPER LOW MOVES EAST OF THE SOUTHERN PLAINS.
