STRONGER ONSHORE FLOW WITH PERIODS OF STRONGER GUSTY WEST WINDS IN
THE DESERTS FOR LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE THURSDAY
NIGHT. STRONGEST WINDS EACH DAY ARE EXPECTED FOR LATE AFTERNOON

* WINDS...AREAS OF WEST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH. ISOLATED
  GUSTS TO 55 MPH...MAINLY IN THE NORTHERN COACHELLA VALLEY.

* TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS EACH DAY ARE EXPECTED FOR LATE
  AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...LOCALLY REDUCED IN BLOWING SAND AND BLOWING DUST AT
  TIMES.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING COULD BE HAZARDOUS FOR PEOPLE DRIVING HIGH
