ACROSS WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE MOJAVE DESERT AND SOUTHERN MOHAVE
COUNTY ARIZONA. BEHIND THE COLD FRONT NORTHWEST WINDS WILL
INCREASE THIS EVENING ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL NEVADA AND DOWN THE
COLORADO RIVER VALLEY SUNDAY.

  SUBSIDING OVERNIGHT ONLY TO INCREASE AGAIN SUNDAY.

* LOCATIONS: GOLDFIELD...DYER. HIGHWAYS 95 AND 6.

* IMPACTS: DIFFICULT DRIVING AND STRONG CROSSWINDS...ESPECIALLY
  FOR HIGH-PROFILE VEHICLE. STRONG WINDS MAY DISPLACE TREE
  DEBRIS...SMALL OBJECTS AND TEMPORARY STRUCTURES.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT CROSSWINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE STRONG

  BE STRONGEST SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...SUSTAIN NORTH WIND AROUND 25 MPH. GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH
  POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS...BOATERS IN THE ADVISORY AREA SHOULD USE EXTREME
  CAUTION WHEN VENTURING ONTO AREA LAKES. THESE WINDS WILL MAKE
  OPEN WATERS OF LAKES ROUGH AND HAZARDOUS...AND MAY RESULT IN
  HIGH WAVES WHICH MAY TIP OR SWAMP SMALLER CRAFT. FOR YOUR
  PERSONAL SAFETY...AVOID THE OPEN WATERS. STAY CLOSE TO SHORE
  OR AROUND PROTECTED AREAS.
