A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GULF WILL SHIFT EAST AS A
DEVELOPING GALE FORCE LOW ENTERS THE GULF FROM THE SOUTHWEST ON
TUESDAY. THE LOW WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS THE GULF AND BEGIN TO WEAKEN
ON WEDNESDAY.
