FOG WILL PERSIST INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS ACROSS NORTHERN
IOWA...MAINLY ALONG AND NORTH OF STATE HIGHWAY 3. VISIBILITIES OF
ONE HALF MILE WILL BE WIDESPREAD WITH VISIBILITIES AT TIMES
DROPPING TO BELOW ONE QUARTER OF A MILE. LITTLE IMPROVEMENT IS
FORESEEN INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. PEOPLE TRAVELING OVERNIGHT
SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION.
