During the previous 24-hour period, ending at 7AM CDT Monday,
scattered showers and thunderstorms occurred across much of
Iowa and Missouri, as well as the eastern halves of Kansas
and Nebraska. Some of the larger rainfall amounts are listed
below:

As a result of the above rainfall, flood forecasts have been
issued for the Little Osage River and Big Creek in west-central
Missouri. In addition, significant within-bank rises are
expected on the Blackwater and South Grand Rivers in Missouri.

During the next 24-hour period ending at 7AM CDT Tuesday, no
significant precipitation is forecasted to occur within the
Missouri Basin.
