THIS MORNING AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WAS CENTERED IN NORTHWEST
NORTH DAKOTA...AND A COLD FRONT EXTENDED SOUTHWEST OF THE LOW TO
SOUTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA. THE LOW WILL MOVE EASTWARDS INTO NORTH
CENTRAL MINNESOTA BY THIS EVENING...WHILE THE FRONT EXTENDS SOUTH
OF THE LOW TO NORTHWEST IOWA. AS A RESULT CLOUD COVER WILL BE ON
THE INCREASE AS THE DAY PROGRESSES. THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING
SHOWERS AND SOME THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE A THREAT FOR NORTHERN
WISCONSIN...UPPER MICHIGAN...EASTERN AND THE SOUTHERN HALF OF
MINNESOTA. HIGHS RANGE FROM THE 50S IN UPPER MICHIGAN...TO THE MID
60S AND 70S FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE REGION. AREAS AROUND LAKE
SUPERIOR CAN EXPECT COOLER TEMPERATURES DUE TO ONSHORE FLOW.

TONIGHT...THE FRONT WILL CONTINUE MOVING THROUGH THE REGION. THIS
WILL SPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS EASTWARDS INTO WISCONSIN AND
UPPER MICHIGAN. LOWS IN THE 30S IN THE EASTERN DAKOTAS...FROM
UPPER MICHIGAN TO SOUTHERN WISCONSIN READINGS RANGE FROM THE LOW
40S TO LOW 50S.

THURSDAY...ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION. THIS WILL
BRING A CHANCE OF RAIN OR A WINTRY MIX TO NORTHERN MINNESOTA AND
NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA. THE REST OF THE UPPER MIDWEST WILL BE DRY.
HIGHS RANGE FROM THE 40S IN EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWEST
MINNESOTA...TO THE 60S IN WISCONSIN AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.
