A STORM SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO WORK ITS WAY INTO CENTRAL ILLINOIS TODAY
BRINGING PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THAT WILL PERSIST INTO
PARTS OF MONDAY. THE STORM SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO PASS OVER FAR EAST
CENTRAL ILLINOIS. AS A RESULT...WINDS WILL BE EAST TO NORTHEAST FOR A
TIME TODAY WITH AREAS IN SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS SEEING MORE OF A SOUTHEAST
FLOW BEFORE THE STORM PASSES TO OUR EAST TONIGHT WITH ALL AREAS SEEING
WINDS SHIFT INTO THE WEST AND NORTHWEST AND BECOME RATHER GUSTY AS
THE STORM DEPARTS.
