A MOIST AND UNSETTLED PATTERN IS FORECAST THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. HEAVY
RAINFALL IS LIKELY FROM SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO EAST ACROSS THE
NORTHERN PERMIAN BASIN TONIGHT...WITH SEVERE WEATHER LIKELY AREAWIDE.
RH RECOVERY WILL BE EXCELLENT OVERNIGHT. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE
NEAR NORMAL THROUGH THE WEEK WITH LOWS ABOVE NORMAL OWING TO HIGHER
MOISTURE LEVELS. REMEMBER THAT THUNDERSTORMS IMPLY GUSTY AND ERRATIC
WINDS AND THAT LIGHTNING STRIKES CAN OCCUR SEVERAL MILES AWAY FROM THE
