UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND WESTERN GREAT LAKES TODAY. THE SURFACE
HIGH WILL THEN BUILD EAST INTO LOWER MICHIGAN ON TUESDAY BEFORE
WEAKENING DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK.
