THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...
EXTREME SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA AND NORTHWEST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

RED FLAG CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ALONG AND SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 40 IN
EASTERN COLORADO AND NORTHWEST KANSAS TODAY DUE TO LOW
HUMIDITY...GUSTY WINDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF DRY LIGHTNING.

THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EAST OF HIGHWAY 83
IN NORTHWEST KANSAS THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. LARGE HAIL
AND GUSTY WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE. ELSEWHERE...THERE IS A MARGINAL
RISK OF A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS THE MAIN
THREAT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...

1 TO 3 INCHES OF WET SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE THURSDAY NIGHT...WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS IN NORTHEAST COLORADO. BREEZY NORTH WINDS
COULD PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW AS WELL.
