THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON NC HAS CONFIRMED A
TORNADO NEAR LAMAR IN DARLINGTON COUNTY SOUTH CAROLINA ON APRIL
19 2015.

AN EFO TORNADO DAMAGED 2 CHICKEN HOUSES AND PARTIALLY DESTROYED
ANOTHER CHICKEN HOUSE OFF US HIGHWAY 401 NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF
LYNCHES RIVER ROAD. THE TORNADO CROSSED US HIGHWAY 401 KNOCKING
DOWN NUMEROUS TREES AND LIFTED AS IT CROSSED WEST LYNCHES RIVER
ROAD. A PIECE OF SHEET METAL FROM A CHICKEN HOUSE WAS FOUND IN
A FIELD OFF HUDSON STREET 1 3/4 MILES AWAY.
