TEMPERATURES ACROSS WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST FLORIDA FOR MOST OF
MARCH HAVE BEEN RATHER WARM AND THROUGH MARCH 29TH ARE AVERAGING
ABOUT 4 TO 8 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL FOR THE MONTH.  THESE WARM
TEMPERATURES WILL LIKELY PLACE MANY LOCATIONS IN WEST CENTRAL AND
SOUTHWEST FLORIDA IN THE TOP FIVE WARMEST MARCHES...EVEN WITH THE
COOLER TEMPERATURES THAT WE HAVE SEEN FOR THE LAST FEW DAYS.

RAINFALL ON THE OTHER HAND HAS BEEN VARIABLE ACROSS THE REGION WITH
COLD FRONTS BRINGING DECENT RAINFALL TO SOME LOCATIONS...BUT FOR MOST
AREAS MARCH 2015 HAS SEEN WELL BELOW AVERAGE RAINFALL.
