.DISCUSSION...MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES ARE EXPECTED TODAY...WITH RAIN
SHOWERS CONTINUING ACROSS FAR WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE 50S ACROSS FAR WESTERN SOUTH
DAKOTA...AND IN THE MID 60S ACROSS CENTRAL PORTIONS OF SOUTH
DAKOTA. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL ONLY DROP TO AROUND 50 PERCENT
IN RAINY AREAS...AND CLOSER TO 25 PERCENT IN FAR SOUTH CENTRAL
SOUTH DAKOTA. WINDS WILL BE OUT OF THE NORTHWEST AT 10 TO 20 MPH.
