MOVING WESTWARD AT 5 MPH WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF 75 MPH.
NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE WITHIN 125 MILES OF THE
CENTER OF NOUL. FARTHER OUT THERE ARE SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS UP TO 250 MILES FROM THE CENTER OF NOUL. FOR MORE
