UP TO HALF INCH HAIL AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE
WITH THIS STORM AS IT MOVES ALONG TEXAS STATE HIGHWAY 190. PERIODS
OF BRIEF HEAVY RAIN MAY ALSO LIMIT VISIBILITIES FOR MOTORISTS.
