SANTIAM PASS...MCKENZIE PASS...MCKENZIE BRIDGE...OAKRIDGE...
WILLAMETTE PASS...COLDWATER RIDGE VISITORS CENTER...
MOUNT ST. HELENS...WIND RIVER VALLEY

...ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL CONTINUE IN THE SOUTH WASHINGTON AND
NORTH AND CENTRAL OREGON CASCADES THROUGH SATURDAY...

A COOL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE OCCASIONAL
SNOW SHOWERS IN THE CASCADES THROUGH SATURDAY...BRINGING A FEW
ADDITIONAL INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION.

SNOW LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO HOVER AROUND 3000 FEET IN THE SOUTH
WASHINGTON AND NORTH OREGON CASCADES...AND CLOSER TO 4000 FEET IN
THE LANE COUNTY CASCADES...PERHAPS A LITTLE HIGHER IN THE
AFTERNOONS AND COOLER IN THE EARLY MORNINGS.

SNOW LEVELS ARE LOW ENOUGH TO AFFECT THE CASCADE PASSES...WITH
SNOW MOST LIKELY TO ACCUMULATE ON THE ROADS DURING THE LATE NIGHT
AND MORNING HOURS.

THOSE PLANNING A TRIP ACROSS THE CASCADES SHOULD CARRY CHAINS AND
BE PREPARED FOR WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS.
