THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NM AND TX.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME. DRY...BREEZY TO
WINDY CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON. LOW HUMIDITY VALUES
AND INCREASED WIND SPEEDS WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL DIMINISH LATER THIS EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO THE STATE BY EARLY
MORNING. THERE WILL BE A CHANCE OF RAIN SHOWERS AREA WIDE. SNOW
SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR ELEVATIONS ABOVE 7500 FEET SUNDAY
MORNING. SNOW LEVELS WILL VARY BETWEEN 7500 AND 8000 FEET THROUGH
MONDAY. ACCUMULATIONS OF MAY REACH A COUPLE OF INCHES BUT MAY MELT
FAST. STRONG WINDS WILL ALSO OCCUR ON SUNDAY FOR MUCH OF THE
LOWLANDS WITH WEST WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH AND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH
POSSIBLE. LOWER WIND SPEEDS EXPECTED MONDAY AND THE REMAINDER OF
THE WEEK. LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS ABOVE 7500 FEET MAY OCCUR OVER THE
GILA REGION AND SACRAMENTO MOUNTAINS MONDAY MORNING BEFORE
TAPERING OFF AND ENDING. DRY CONDITIONS EXPECTED MOSTLY TUESDAY
THROUGH THURSDAY. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ON
FRIDAY.
