CALM AND QUIET IS THE STORY FOR THE SHORT TERM. THE COLD FRONT AND
ASSOCIATED RAIN SHOWERS HAVE MOVED OUT OF THE AREA. BEHIND THE
FRONT CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS HAVE ALLOWED TEMPERATURES TO
RAPIDLY FALL INTO THE LOW 30S ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA. WITH LOW
LEVEL MOISTURE REMAINING...MANY AREAS WILL REACH THEIR DEWPOINT
THIS EVENING. PATCHY FOG IS BREAKING OUT ACROSS SOUTHERN AND
EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA. FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE MORNING
HOURS.

TEMPERATURES SHOULD REBOUND NICELY THIS AFTERNOON...WITH READINGS
IN THE 60S AND 70S EXPECTED.

.LONG TERM...(WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY)
ISSUED AT 323 AM CDT TUE APR 28 2015

LIMITED MOISTURE AND BELOW NORMAL RAINFALL ARE SEEN TO CONTINUE
THROUGH THE EXTENDED PERIOD. INITIALLY AN H500MB RIDGE WILL BUILD
INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS WEDNESDAY. THIS WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES
TO WARM INTO THE 70S. ON THURSDAY ONSHORE FLOW FROM THE PACIFIC
WILL MAKE ITS WAY INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS AS A PACIFIC FRONTAL
PASSAGE. LIMITED MOISTURE WITH THIS SYSTEM BUT SUFFICIENT
INSTABILITY TO SUPPORT SOME WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
THURSDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN MILD WITH HIGHS IN THE LOWER TO
MIDDLE 70S THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. FRIDAY WILL BE DOMINATED BY
A WESTERLY FLOW ALOFT WITH A SHORTWAVE TROUGH MOVING THROUGH BY
SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND SUNDAY. WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS AGAIN ARE POSSIBLE SATURDAY AFTERNOON INTO SUNDAY.
COOLING INTO THE 60S SUNDAY AND MONDAY.

ENOUGH TO WARREN MENTION IN THE TAFS OTHER THAN KBIS.
