THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT...FROM WEST TO EAST...TODAY WILL
LIKELY CAUSE THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF NORTHEAST
MINNESOTA LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING. THE STORMS WILL
THEN SPREAD EAST INTO THE ARROWHEAD AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN THIS
EVENING. THESE STORMS COULD BRING BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND CLOUD- TO-
GROUND LIGHTNING.

GUSTY WESTERLY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY WILL DEVELOP OVER NORTHEAST
