DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

WINDY CONDITIONS AND DRY WEATHER WILL COMBINE TO CREATE CRITICAL
FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. A RED FLAG WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR
THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE EARLY EVENING. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
ALSO POSSIBLE IN THE LATE AFTERNOON THROUGH MID EVENING HOURS. A
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION THIS EVENING AND
TONIGHT...AND STORMS MAY DEVELOP ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE BOUNDARY.
