THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT TODAY FROM 1 PM TO 7 PM CDT FOR
THE DEVILS LAKE BASIN AND SOUTH TO BARNES COUNTY. THE RED FLAG
WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR DRY FUELS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES AND
GUSTY SOUTHEAST WINDS. EXPECT SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 15 TO 20 MPH
AND RELATIVE HUMIDITIES TO FALL TO 15 TO 20 PERCENT THIS
AFTERNOON. THE COMBINATION WILL MAKE FOR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS.

ALSO A FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM THIS MORNING`
OVER THE FAR EASTERN ZONES FROM LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY TO
HUBBARD COUNTY. TEMPERATURES IN THE LOW TO MIDDLE THIRTIES MAY
PRODUCE LOCAL FROST CONDITIONS OVER THE ADVISORY AREA.
