SEVERE WEATHER IS POSSIBLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTH
CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AS WELL AS PORTIONS OF WEST
CENTRAL WISCONSIN. THE SEVERE WEATHER POSSIBILITIES ARE BASED ON
A SLOWER MOVING FRONT. ANY DEVIATION TO THE SPEED OF THIS FRONT
WILL EITHER INCREASE OR DECREASE THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT.
