THE HEAVIEST RAIN FALL RATES ARE UP TO AN INCH OR MORE AN HOUR
FROM ST CROIX FALLS...TO STILLWATER TO MINNEAPOLIS ST PAUL...SOUTH
TO SHAKOPEE...JORDAN...LE SUEUR...ST PETER...MANKATO...ST JAMES...
AND JACKSON.

THESE STORMS ARE RACING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH...AND AT THE
SAME TIME THE WHOLE LINE IS DRIFTING TO THE EAST AT 15 MPH...AWAY
FROM ST CLOUD AND LITCHFIELD AND THROUGH THE TWIN CITY METRO AREA.
