.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING ACROSS THE
LOCAL AREA BAYS AND COASTAL WATERS...WITH VISIBILITIES OF ONE
NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. FOG SHOULD GRADUALLY CLEAR BY THE
MID MORNING. A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST TODAY.
ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
ONCE AGAIN TODAY AND MONDAY AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT. THE COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT BRINGING IN DRIER AND COOLER AIR. A
MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL OCCUR TUESDAY INTO TUESDAY
NIGHT WITH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS POSSIBLE OVER THE GULF
WATERS. A WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE WEDNESDAY
