* AT 622 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS
WITH HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 4 MILES EAST OF PEGGS TO
5 MILES NORTH OF MARBLE CITY TO CAMERON. THE BAND IS NEARLY
STATIONARY...WITH SEVERAL INDIVIDUAL CELLS TRAINING OVER THE SAME
AREAS. THIS COULD CREATE SOME FLOODING ISSUES...SUCH AS PONDING ON
ROADWAYS...FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS...LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...SPIRO...GANS...CAMERON...ROSE...SCULLYVILLE...BRUSHY...
  MULDROW...ROCK ISLAND...ELDON...COTTONWOOD...POCOLA...BRADEN...
  JENSON...SCRAPER...HACKETT...BONANZA...ROLAND...ARKOMA...MILL
  CREEK...MOFFETT...RYE HILL...EXCELSIOR...FORT SMITH REGIONAL
  AIRPORT...FORT SMITH...JENNY LIND AND GREENWOOD.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
