.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED WELL TO THE WEST AND NORTH
WILL CONTINUE FEEDING COOLER AND DRIER AIR DOWN INTO THE
AREA. A DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IN THE WESTERN
GULF OF MEXICO WILL MOVE EAST AND BEGIN DRAWING MOISTURE NORTH INTO
THE AREA TUESDAY NIGHT.

WINDS WILL BE NORTHEAST BECOMING MORE EAST DURING THE AFTERNOON
TUESDAY...AT SPEEDS OF 5 TO 10 MPH NEAR THE SURFACE AND AROUND
10 MPH IN THE MIXING LAYER. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL FALL TO
BETWEEN 30 AND 40 PERCENT. POOR TO FAIR DISPERSION EXPECTED TONIGHT.
