.DISCUSSION...A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH SOUTH OF THE FORECAST
AREA EARLY TODAY. THE HIGH PRESSURE CENTER BEHIND THE FRONT
WILL BRIEFLY RIDGE INTO THE AREA TODAY AND TONIGHT. THE HIGH
WILL BE OFF THE COAST THURSDAY WITH AN ONSHORE FLOW INTO THE
FORECAST AREA. A WARM FRONT WILL ALSO BE JUST SOUTH OF THE
REGION THURSDAY.

IT WILL BE DRY WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY AROUND 25 PERCENT
IN THE MIDLANDS AND EASTERN PIEDMONT...AND NEAR 30 PERCENT IN
THE LOWER PIEDMONT AND CENTRAL SAVANNAH RIVER AREA.

NO FOG IS EXPECTED THIS MORNING. FOG MAY OCCUR IN A FEW AREAS
DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS THURSDAY.
