.DISCUSSION...A WEAK UPPER LOW WEST OF THE BAY AREA WILL SLOWLY
SHIFT SOUTH OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS AND THEN SWING TOWARD THE
COAST NEAR/SOUTH OF POINT CONCEPTION ON MONDAY. THE PROXIMITY OF
THE LOW WILL BRING A DEEPENING MARINE LAYER TO THE AREA. WHILE
LOW CLOUDS AND FOG ARE NOT FORECAST TO AFFECT THE TOWER FIRE
AREA...THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE THAT MARINE LAYER CLOUDS WILL
AFFECT THE SITE AND THERE IS HIGH CONFIDENCE IN GOOD HUMIDITY
RECOVERIES OVERNIGHT AND COOLER TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY. ONSHORE
WINDS WILL BE BREEZY OVER THE RIDGES DURING THE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING TIME PERIODS...WITH GUSTS AROUND 20 MPH.
