LIGHTNG STRIKES. THE RADAR ALSO HAS NO TSTMS CELLS OVR THE REGION.
AT 03/0000Z HGH PRES 1028 MB TO THE W STILL DOMINATES THE WX OVR
THE REGION WITH ITS RIDGE ACRS THE NRN WTRS. INLAND TROF OVR CAL
MAINTAINS A TIGHT PRES GRDNT OVR THE ERN PARTS OF THE REGION AND
GALE FORCE WINDS ARE OVR WTRS JUST E OF THE FRCST REGION. STRNG
LOW PRES 997 MB WITH STORM FORCE WINDS SE OF THE ALEUTIAN ISLANDS
HAS A STRNG CLD FRNT THAT RIPS THRU THE HGH PRES. THE PRES GRDNT
IS QUITE SLACK ESLEWHERE XCEPT FOR THE AREAS MENTIONED ABOVE OVR
THE REGION. THE OBSVD WINDS RANGE BTWN 10 AND 30 KT WITH LOWEST
VALUES FAR S.

THE REGION. THERES IS STILL SOME ENRGY EMBDD IN AN UPPRLRVL TROF
SW OF THE REGION THAT WIL MOVE INTO THE CNTRL WTRS MON AND FORCE
THE PRES SGRDNT TO BECOEM TIGHT OVR THE CNTRL WTRS.

REGION. AS LOW PRES PASSES N OF THE REGION THE INLAND TROPF WILL
STRENGTHEN AND FORCE A TIGHT PRES GRDNT OVR THE ERN PARTS OF THE
CNTRL WTRS AGAIN AND THAT WILL BRING GALE FORCE WINDS TO THE CNTRL
WTRS MID WEEK.

PEAKING AT 12 FT. SEAS RANGE BTWN 7 AND 10 FT OVR THE SRN WTRS.

OVR THE REGION AND IS IN DECENT AGRMNT WITH THE ECMWFWV. SEAS WILL
BE HGHR OVR THE NRN WTRS TUE IN RESPONSE TO THE STRNG LOW THAT
WILL PASS JUST N OF THE REGION PEAKING AT 14 FT. SEAS WILL STIOLL
BE ABOVE 6 FT OVR THE REST OF THE REGION THRU THE FCST PRD.
