...BUILDING SOUTH SWELL TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY...

MARINERS THAT HAVE BOATS ANCHORED IN SAN LUIS OBISPO BAY AND
AVALON HARBOR AS WELL AS IN THE VICINITY OF THE NORTHERN CHANNEL
ISLANDS SHOULD BE AWARE OF A BUILDING LONG PERIOD SOUTH SWELL. A
20 SECOND PERIOD SWELL IS EXPECTED TO BUILD TO 3 TO 4 FEET
TONIGHT AND TO 4 TO 5 FEET SUNDAY THROUGH EARLY MONDAY. THE LONG
PERIOD SWELLS WILL LIKELY HAVE EXTRA SURGING AND CURRENTS WHICH
MAY BE HAZARDOUS TO ANCHORED BOATS.
