AREA UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING...

.STRONG EAST TO NORTHEAST WINDS OVER THE NEAR SHORE WATERS OF THE
NORTH SHORE AND TWIN PORTS AREA WILL CONTINUE THROUGH LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND THEN GRADUALLY SUBSIDE THIS EVENING. THE WINDS AND
RESULTING WAVES WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR
SMALL CRAFT UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING.

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
