MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES WERE FOUND
ACROSS EASTERN IOWA...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...AND NORTHEAST MISSOURI
ON WEDNESDAY...AS AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM ROTATED OVER THE
GREAT PLAINS. THIS SYSTEM BROUGHT A LINE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH EASTERN IOWA AND NORTHEAST MISSOURI DURING
THE AFTERNOON...BRINGING BRIEF DOWNPOURS AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING.
HIGH TEMPERATURES WEDNESDAY...RANGED FROM 79 DEGREES IN
INDEPENDENCE AND DUBUQUE...TO 84 DEGREES IN MACOMB AND WASHINGTON.

PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES WILL
BE SEEN OVERNIGHT TONIGHT...AS A COLD FRONT SLOWLY PUSHES EAST
OVER THE GREAT PLAINS. THURSDAY MORNING LOWS...WILL BE IN THE
LOWER 60S. INCREASING CLOUDS AND PRECIPITATION CHANCES WILL BE
SEEN DURING THE DAY THURSDAY...ESPECIALLY IN EASTERN IOWA...AS
ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM LIFTS NORTHEAST INTO THE MIDWEST. HIGH
TEMPERATURES THURSDAY...WILL REACH INTO THE UPPER 70S AND LOWER
80S BY THE AFTERNOON.
