WEATHER SYNOPSIS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PADUCAH KY

THE ATMOSPHERE ABOVE WILL BE QUITE DYNAMIC THIS WEEK, BUT AT THE
SURFACE IT WILL BE VERY BENIGN. FOR MOST OF THE WEEK, HIGH
PRESSURE WILL HAVE A GREATER INFLUENCE ACROSS THE QUAD STATE
REGION.

A WEATHER DISTURBANCE DIVING DOWN THE WEST COAST TODAY WILL
DEVELOP INTO AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IN THE DESERT SOUTHWEST. THIS
LOW PRESSURE WILL SKIRT ACROSS THE SOUTHERN UNITED STATES,
BRINGING A SMALL CHANCE FOR SHOWERS THE THE SOUTHERN BORDER OF
SOUTHEAST MISSOURI TUESDAY NIGHT. OTHERWISE, DRY CONDITIONS ARE
CURRENTLY FORECAST FOR THIS WEEK.

HIGH AND LOW TEMPERATURES THROUGH AT LEAST THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK
WILL REMAIN SOME 5 TO 10 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF
YEAR. A SLIGHT WARMING IS EXPECTED BY FRIDAY.
