CATEGORY ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON...WITH STRONG AND GUSTY NORTHERLY
WINDS WITH LOWEST AFTERNOON HUMIDITY FROM 25 TO 35 PERCENT.

GUSTS TO AROUND 60 MPH.
