* WEATHER CONDITIONS...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS
  TO 40 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY EVENING.
  TONIGHT...TEMPERATURES WILL DROP INTO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE
  20S...WITH A 3 TO 5 HOUR DURATION OF TEMPERATURES 28 OR COLDER
  EXPECTED.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BE
31 TO 39 MPH OR GUSTS WILL RANGE BETWEEN 46 AND 57 MPH.  WINDS OF
THESE MAGNITUDES MAY CAUSE MINOR PROPERTY DAMAGE WITHOUT EXTRA
