WINDS WILL SHIFT TO A NORTHERLY DIRECTION BEHIND A FRONTAL ZONE
AND INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON TO A GUSTY 20 TO 30 MPH. COMBINED
WITH LOW HUMIDITY OF 25 TO 32 PERCENT...THIS WILL CREATE A VERY
HIGH FIRE DANGER WEST OF A LINE FROM MARSHALL MINNESOTA TO SIOUX
FALLS TO LAKE ANDES. THESE AREAS ARE ALSO LIKELY TO MISS OUT ON
RAINFALL TODAY...WHICH WILL BE MOST FAVORED LATE DAY AND EARLY
EVENING ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHEAST NEBRASKA AND NORTHWEST IOWA...
AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA ALONG INTERSTATE 90.
