A HIGH FIRE DANGER EXISTS IN EXTREME NORTHWEST IOWA AND
THE SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA WHERE WIND
SPEEDS COULD AVERAGE 12 TO 18 MPH THIS AFTERNOON WITH DRY
AIR ABUNDANT.
