.DISCUSSION...
FIRE DANGER WILL RANGE FROM VERY HIGH IN PARTS OF SOUTHWEST
MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON...TO MODERATE IN SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH

INCREASING HUMIDITY SHOULD BEGIN TO WORK INTO AREAS WEST OF THE
JAMES RIVER VALLEY...WHERE WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST BY THURSDAY
AFTERNOON. THE MOISTURE WILL THEN SPREAD OVER THE REMAINDER OF THE
REGION THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY WITH INCREASING PRECIPITATION
CHANCES.
