ROUTT...CENTRAL RIO BLANCO AND GARFIELD COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 715

THE THREAT OF ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS WILL DIMINISH DURING THE
EVENING HOURS.  SMALL STREAMS AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES MAY STILL BE
RUNNING HIGH...BUT THESE SHOULD RECEDE AS THE THREAT OF HEAVY
SHOWERS DIMINISH.

IF ENCOUNTERING ANY FLOODED ROADS...INCLUDING GRAVEL OR DIRT ROADS
IN THE BACKCOUNTRY...TURN AROUND.  AVOID FAST MOVING SMALL STREAMS
OR NORMALLY DRY WASH BEDS IN NARROW CANYONS.
