IN CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS WITH SEASONABLY COOL
TEMPERATURES AND DRY CONDITIONS. PLENTY OF LOW LEVEL MIXING
WILL RESULT IN GOOD VENT RATES/MIXING HEIGHTS TODAY. HOWEVER
IT WILL ALSO PRODUCE WIND GUSTS AROUND 20 MPH THIS AFTERNOON
...PARTICULARLY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS.
