LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF ABOUT 30 PERCENT IS FORECAST THIS AFTERNOON
BUT WIND GUSTS SHOULD REMAIN GENERALLY AT OR BELOW 15 MPH SO NO
STATEMENTS WERE PLANNED FOR TODAY.

NOTE THERE MAY BE SHIFTING WINDS IN YOUR PRIME HOOK AREA AREA TODAY,
ESPECIALLY THIS AFTERNOON WHEN SEA BREEZES TRY TO DEVELOP.

THE PATTERN WILL BE MAINLY DRY THROUGH AT LEAST WEDNESDAY, EVEN IF IT
RAINS A BIT TONIGHT ON THE DELMARVA.

GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS SHOULD DEVELOP MONDAY INTO TUESDAY BUT
