AT 911 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS FROM 5 NM NORTHWEST OF
CEDAR RIVER TO 16 NM NORTH OF SHAWANO...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
CEDAR RIVER AROUND 930 PM CDT.
CHAMBERS ISLAND AROUND 1010 PM CDT.
EAGLE BLUFF LIGHT AROUND 1035 PM CDT.
DETROIT ISLAND AROUND 1040 PM CDT.
