SOUTH WIND WILL INCREASE ON SUNDAY AS A WARM FRONT LIFTS
NORTH ACROSS THE REGION.

* WINDS: SOUTH WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS SUNDAY MORNING WILL INCREASE
  TO 15 TO 20 KNOTS IN THE AFTERNOON. GUSTS TO 25 KNOTS CAN BE
  EXPECTED AT TIMES IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. STRONGEST WIND
  WILL BE OVER THE NORTHERN OUTER WATERS. THE WIND WILL GRADUALLY
  EASE LATER SUNDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
