BETWEEN ALAMOGORDO AND TULAROSA. THE BAND IS MOVING EAST AT ABOUT
15 MPH AND IS JUST REACHING THE WEST SLOPES OF THE SACRAMENTO
MOUNTAINS. EXPECT ONE-TENTH TO TWO-TENTHS INCHES OF RAINFALL OVER
THE NEXT HOUR. AS THE SHOWERS MOVE UP IN ELEVATION...THEY WILL
TURN TO SNOW. ONE TO THREE INCHES OF SNOWFALL IS POSSIBLE ABOVE
7500 FEET OVER THE SACRAMENTO MOUNTAINS...INCLUDING CLOUDCROFT AND
